做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
