做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
