做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
