做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
