做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
