做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
