做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
