做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
