做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
