做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
