做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
