做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
