做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
