做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
