做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
