做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
