做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
