做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
