做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
