做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
