做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
