做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
