做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
