做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
