做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
