做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
