做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
