做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
