做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
