做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
