做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
