做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
