做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
