做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
