做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
