做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
