做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
