做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
