做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
