做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
