做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
