做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
