做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
