做法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武(wǔ )火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
