做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
