做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
