做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
