做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待油六成(chéng )热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火(huǒ )煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
