做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
