做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
